The Vermiculite Association has negotiated a discounted room rate for the days of the Annual Meeting. All rooms in our block are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The negotiated room rate is only available until our block is full. We suggest booking your reservations early.
Standard Room Single Occupancy: 273.00 EUR plus taxes and fees
The offered room rates include breakfast buffet and Wi-Fi high-speed internet. The supplement for double occupancy is 27,50 EUR per room per night. An upgrade to the next higher room category is available on request at the rate of 40,00 EUR per room per night.

If an error message is received during the booking process this may result from no more available rooms in the group allotment.
Any cancellation or reduction in the number of nights less than 7 days prior to check-in are charged to the individual attendee at 100% of the agreed total costs.
